Trammell Crow Center and Common Desk Introduce Enterprise Coworking to the Arts District

Get ready for the coworking space of your dreams — Common Desk is coming to the iconic Trammell Crow Center in the Dallas Arts District! Set to open in the first few months of 2019, the fifth Common Desk location will boast high-end features and luxurious design previously unheard of in any coworking spaces. Common Desk at Trammell Crow Center will span two floors totalling 52,000 square feet of space, offering members a variety of workspace options including private desks, dedicated desks, shared desks, and enterprise suites.

ENTERPRISE COWORKING

Common Desk at Trammell Crow Center will offer state-of-the-art enterprise suites available to accommodate companies with anywhere between 15 and 75 people. Enterprise Coworking is the use of a highly-serviced, flexible working environment by a wide range of diverse companies and enterprises who share resources and ideas as one community.

Common Desk’s coworking community is part of an ecosystem that’s changing the way the world views office spaces. “For the past 12 months we’ve been working on new elevated experiences within our spaces. We want our customers to get a level of service that is on par with luxury high-end boutique hotels,” said Nick Clark, Founder and CEO of Common Desk.  These suites offer tenants the ability to enjoy the perks of an office in the Dallas Arts District but at a lower cost. Think of it as the office version of a luxury 5-star hotel — it truly is the best of both worlds.

AMENITIES

Members will be able to request food and drinks on demand through the Common Desk app, eliminating wasted time spent trying to figure out a quick place nearby to grab lunch during the workday.

Did someone say happy hour? Yes, please. Both Common Desk members and tenants of Trammell Crow Center will have access to the new whiskey lounge and social club. From 4 – 6pm members will be able to enjoy a selection of craft cocktails after work, or can rent out the space for private events.

“We think the Common Desk offering will significantly broaden the appeal of Trammell Crow Center,” said J.P. Morgan Asset Management Executive Director Dale Todd. “There is a clear trend of increasing demand for coworking spaces by a wide range of traditional class-A office users, including law firms and Fortune 500 companies.”

Common Desk members will also have access to the many amenities of Trammell Crow Center, including a brand-new 9,000 square foot fitness center, meeting and conference rooms, on-site dry cleaning, valet parking, outdoor spaces and so much more.
