Modern Marketplace Royal Blue Grocery Opens at TCC

In need of Coffee? Groceries? Locally sourced products? — Royal Blue recently opened at Trammell Crow Center in the Dallas Arts District and has it all!

Royal Blue Grocery at Trammell Crow Center is tailored specifically to meet the epicurean and household needs of the Dallas Arts District, and blends in perfectly with the eclectic neighborhood that surrounds it. This compact urban market is a modern grocery/convenience store hybrid that offers just what you need—where you need it, when you need it.

Convenient for both on-the-go professionals and busy working parents alike, the store offers “a little bit of everything”. Grab-and-go choices like freshly prepared sandwiches, new soups daily, and warm bakery items are just one of the many advantages of the new location. Not only does Royal Blue showcase locally sourced products, but they also provide an offering of the basic daily essentials. From Stumptown coffee and Two Old Dogs wine to household items and stock necessities, there’s something for everyone.

At the checkout counter, customers are able to write what they would love to see in-store in the special request book. This provides a unique understanding of their customer base that allows them to tailor each store to the individual needs of each location. Royal Blue Grocery also offers a wine by the glass (BTG) program that allows you to buy wine off the shelf, have an employee uncork it, and enjoy a glass on the patio or in the Trammell Crow Center tenant lounge. Did we mention happy hour every day? That’s right, enjoy half off wine BTG all day Monday and $2 off Tuesday-Sunday.

With a population of 55,000 residents within a 2.5-mile radius of Downtown Dallas, there is an increased need for convenient grocery options. Royal Blue Grocery captures the essence of having everything you need right where you work.

Want to drop by? Royal Blue is located on the ground level of Trammell Crow Center on the corner of Ross Ave. and N Harwood Street.
