Trammell Crow Center is the premier destination for discerning professionals, and 2019 will elevate it to greater heights than ever with exciting new announcements coming almost every month. FITNESS CENTER
Trammell Crow Center is excited to unveil a brand new, state-of-the-art fitness center (9,000 square feet) for the exclusive use of its building tenants. It will be everything you’d expect and so much more: Peloton® bikes, Fitness on Demand™, new equipment in all the top brands, and – of course – unbeatable views.
ELEVATED AMENITIES
Brand new conference center with a variety of configurations that will make you question whether you even need a boardroom. Expansive green spaces with inviting outdoor lounge areas that will offer a quick respite from your busy schedule. On-site dry cleaning, concierge, valet parking, outdoor cafe seating, and an incredible new lobby will make for an entirely new experience at Trammell Crow Center.
A FULL CITY BLOCK
Located directly across Ross Ave from Trammell Crow Center is an exciting new urban experience poised to redefine the neighborhood. A full city block, comprised of over 2.5 acres, will include 26,000 square feet of street-level retail and 2,000 parking spaces, along with a boutique hotel and 400 luxury apartments. SMART TECHNOLOGY
State-of-the-art smart building features throughout Trammell Crow Center will elevate your everyday experience. Going up? Otis CompassPlus Elevators are 50 percent faster than traditional elevators, and have been paired with upgraded security to make getting from your car to the door faster and more convenient than ever before, with biometric access control available. Hate dropped calls while on-the-go? Our new distributed antenna system (DAS) will provide unmatched mobile connectivity everywhere in the building as well as in the parking garage. Parking will be a breeze with Parking Sense, which helps you find your car even when that TPS report burnt out your last brain cell for the day. ENTERPRISE COWORKING
Opening soon, Common Desk is bringing its unique coworking style to Trammell Crow Center with its 5th location. High-end features, luxurious design, and on-demand food and beverage service will span two floors and 52,000 square feet. Members can enjoy a variety of workspace options, including private desks, dedicated desks, shared desks, and enterprise suites. Enterprise solutions and short term/temporary meeting spaces are also available, making Common Desk an awesome new addition to the building.
WHISKEY LOUNGE
Common Desk members and tenants of Trammell Crow Center will have access to the new whiskey lounge and social club located within Common Desk. From 4 – 6pm members are going to be able to enjoy a selection of craft cocktails after work. This space will also be available to be rented out for private events. Sign us up!
ROYAL BLUE GROCERY
Trammell Crow Center is excited to welcome Royal Blue Grocery to the family. Royal Blue brings a combination gourmet market, grocery store, and cafe to the building. Our location has an amazing patio overlooking the Dallas Museum of Art, so you’ll probably see us there sipping a fresh cup of joe every morning. From groceries to floral arrangements to made-to-order sandwiches and fresh bakery items, pretty much anything you could possibly want is available here. Hungry yet? Roti Modern Mediterranean was created to share delicious flavors, wholesome ingredients, and bright spices with meal-goers. Looking for meals to hit the spot? Southpaw’s Grill is joining Trammell Crow Center to bring their hook on fast-casual to the building. Focused on natural, sustainable, and locally sourced food and beverages, Southpaw’s Grill provides you with a healthy option that lets you knock out a quick meal. Southpaw’s Grill offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu options.
